The studio has no stovetop and no washer in the unit, and everything above it has both. People book here precisely for a kitchen and laundry, so the entry level unit quietly removes the reason you came.

A studio gives you a kitchenette, so a microwave, small fridge and toaster, with free shared laundry down the hall. A one bedroom runs about 920 square feet with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer.

Two bedrooms reach roughly 1,190 square feet and sleep six to eight on a comfortable queen sleeper in the living room. Three bedrooms hit 1,800 square feet and officially sleep eight, whatever a listing site tells you. These are the largest accommodations at Ko Olina short of a house.

For a family staying a week, the one bedroom is the honest floor. The kitchen saves a fortune against resort breakfasts, and the laundry means no bag of wet sand on the flight home.

Book the Ko Olina Beach Club studio only if you want a hotel room with a lagoon attached and have made peace with eating out. It is a good room. It is just not what this resort is famous for.

There is no resort fee here, which on this island is close to a magic trick. Almost every Hawaii resort charges $45 to $65 a night for existing, and Aulani next door charges $45. Parking undoes some of that at $48 a day, and it is not optional unless you never leave. Owners park free, guests do not.

Rates move hard with season. Our September test dates came back near $727 a night for two, April and May run cheapest, and July can pass $1,400 with tax. Housekeeping comes every other day.

Check one thing before falling for a photo. The Naia Pool, the big one with the waterslide and cave, is closed for refurbishment from 7 September to 18 December 2026. Three pools and seven hot tubs stay open, the headline one does not.

Skip this place if Waikiki and Pearl Harbor are your trip. You are 27 miles out with no shuttle and no useful bus, and a car runs $43 to $65 a day on top.
